Jose A. Montano is a founding member and partner of Montano Arentz and Associates. The firm was founded in Phoenix, Arizona. Jose is originally from Hermosillo, Mexico, and is a graduate of ArizonaStateUniversity with honors and the Arizona State University College of Law in 2003. Mr. Montano is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, admitted to practice in Arizona, the United States Federal Court of Arizona and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals            Mr. Montano practices in the areas of criminal defense, bankruptcy and Immigration. He has dedicated his primary area of practice to cases in Federal Court.Mr. Montano has successfully defended numerous “high profile”defendants in criminal cases  involving white collar crimes and drug related offenses. Additionally, Mr. Montano is recognized as a top Immigration Attorney in Arizona. He has dedicated a large portion of his practice to helping immigrants from around the world in their time of need.
